Hotel East 21 Tokyo

The hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the location was perfect. It was situated in a pleasant area that was easy to find and had plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. Secondly, the staff were exceptional. They were professional, helpful, and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. Additionally, the room was comfortable and spacious, with all the necessary amenities such as a TV, fridge, and complimentary water. the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

There were a few downsides to my stay. I was disappointed that there was an extra charge to watch TV in the room.

Comfy beds, nice toiletries, abundant water, clean rooms. Helpful staff stored our luggage and placed it in our room upon return. Good value, near subway and taxi access. Convenient store and burger restaurant nearby. Own restaurant serves excellent breakfasts. Elevators aplenty.

This place has exceptional customer service, with staff always ready to help. The location is great, close to many attractions and within walking distance to the subway station. The rooms are very clean and equipped with free wifi, air conditioning, and coffee facilities. The buffet breakfast is fantastic with many options to choose from. The bar on the top floor is a great spot to enjoy a drink with a fantastic view of the city.

I recommend this hotel to everyone.

This hotel is conveniently located near Toyocho station, making it easy to access various transportation options. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with Western-style beds and a wide-screen TV. The bathroom amenities provided, such as soap, shampoo, and conditioner, are of good quality. The staff is attentive and friendly, providing excellent service. Additionally, the hotel offers a complimentary shuttle to the nearby Disney resorts, which is a great convenience for guests.

The swimming pool at the hotel requires an additional fee, which may be a drawback for some guests.

Attentive staff, some English speakers. Convenient shopping and dining nearby. Free shuttle to Disneyland, with advance reservations. Supermarket and 100 yen store on the first floor. Easy walk to Toyocho station for access to Tokyo attractions.

I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel in Tokyo and I was extremely impressed. The location of this place is perfect - it is right in the center of the city and close to many popular attractions. I was able to easily explore the city and visit all the places I wanted to see. Additionally, the hotel offers a shuttle service to the airport, making my departure hassle-free. The staff here provides exceptional customer service and they were always available to assist with any requests or questions I had.

Beautiful foyer and reception. Lots of shops and eateries nearby. Nice view of Tokyo Skytree from the room. Big and fast elevators. Helpful and accommodating staff. Shuttle to Odaiba and airports.

The room was always kept immaculate and the linens were changed daily. The hotel was easy to find, just a short walk from the Metro station. The breakfast offered a wide variety of tasty options, including choices for young children. The sleep quality was great, with comfy beds. we had a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel has stunning views of Tokyo Skytree, friendly and accommodating staff, convenient location near food and convenience stores, free shuttle to Toyocho station and Disney Resort, and cheap airport limousine service.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with the staff changing our linens and providing fresh toiletries daily. The hotel facilities were impressive, including a pool and a well-equipped gym. We also appreciated the convenience of having a supermarket on-site, as well as various dining options, including an all-you-can-eat beef sabusabu shop. The staff were friendly, efficient, and extremely helpful. They even went above and beyond by offering to make important phone calls for us and assisting with printing documents. Additionally, the hotel's location was excellent, with easy access to the subway station and nearby train stations.

Didn't dislike anything about the property.

That some of the facilities came at an extra cost.

The hotel offered a voucher system for breakfast with a great variety of food options, including both western and local dishes. the room was spacious and comfortable, offering a pleasant stay during my city trip.

The hotel's location was somewhat isolated, with limited shopping and dining options nearby. It was challenging to find a decent restaurant in the area, which was disappointing considering the wonderful food available in the country.

Close to beach, near to everything I needed. Cleanliness, hotel facilities, and staff were great.

Couldn't stay longer, wanted to enjoy this city more.
