The hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the location was perfect. It was situated in a pleasant area that was easy to find and had plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. the staff were really good. They were professional, helpful, and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. the room was comfortable and spacious, with all the necessary amenities such as a TV, fridge, and complimentary water. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

Comfy beds, nice toiletries, abundant water, clean rooms. Helpful staff stored our luggage and placed it in our room upon return. Good value, near subway and taxi access. Convenient store and burger restaurant nearby. Own restaurant serves excellent breakfasts. Elevators aplenty.

This place has exceptional customer service, with staff always ready to help. The location is great, close to many attractions and within walking distance to the subway station. The rooms are very clean and equipped with free wifi, air conditioning, and coffee facilities. The buffet breakfast is fantastic with many options to choose from. The bar on the top floor is a great spot to enjoy a drink with a fantastic view of the city.

I was able to easily explore the city and visit all the places I wanted to see. Additionally, the hotel offers a shuttle service to the airport, making my departure hassle-free. The staff here provides exceptional customer service and they were always available to assist with any requests or questions I had.

Beautiful foyer and reception. Lots of shops and eateries nearby. Nice view of Tokyo Skytree from the room. Helpful and accommodating staff. Shuttle to Odaiba and airports.

The hotel facilities were excellent, including a pool and a well-equipped gym. We also appreciated the convenience of having a supermarket on-site, as well as various dining options, including an all-you-can-eat beef sabusabu shop. The staff were friendly, efficient, and helpful. They even were really good by offering to make important phone calls for us and assisting with printing documents. the hotel's location was excellent, with easy access to the subway station and nearby train stations.
